Interesting article. Does this mean you'll be at small groups tonight? We'll see...
I'm glad he mentions that the small group isn't the only context where this happens. Sometimes I think it's not even one of the best. It's too susceptible to human foibles and patterns of behavior. Yes, people all know you there, but it's possible to get too comfortable together and quit challenging each other.
