Prayer is a place where we can "Adapt" ourselves to God, a place where our needs aren't our main concern, but the glorification of our Lord.

well, today was really awesome. the rain, the clouds, the wind on our wet bodies. eventually, the sun did come out. it was nice. i was cold, but i had a great time. i love rafting and the creation all around us was breathtaking. i also had some really awesome girls in my raft. Lauren, Claire, Heather and Kayla! all four of them were awesome. all four of them very open. very fun. not the greatest paddlers...but HEY! who notices... :) i had a blast with them. Whenever we went over serious rapids, i would scream out "WE'RE GOING TO DIE!!!!!" This of course got them freaking out and screaming...HAHAHAHAHA. and then we would get a ton of water in our boat and we would have to borrow a buckette and dish out water. it was "Awesome". AND! i had an awesome time "steering" the "craft"...Captain Carina. joy of course was her own captain of her Puny two man keyack. Captain Joy King! i was proud of her and she always ended up losing her boating partner. not on accident either. (sorry joy. :( )
afterwards...once out of the water...me and joy were given the FUN task of deflation and air takage outage. the STUPID kyack...took (i'm not kidding) at leaste half an hour to deflate. even with me and joy prostrating our weight on it and leaping on it and grunting! AGH! ok. :)
then we had a nice barbecue. played some outside games. and had a spiritual lesson. in which i learned alot! masami talked about the time when Jesus was telling His deciples to beware of the yeaste of the pharasees...(you know the story) i had no clue what that meant. that was a story in the Bible, that i never understood. i would rack my brain for days...trying to figure out what Jesus meant by that...and nothing would come up. until tonight! i asked masami later what it all meant, and he said...the yeast can also be seen as "Sin" just a little bit of sin can rise and grow into something bigger! WOW!!!! can i say "Fire crackers!!!"!!!! "A big bright light!" sheesh...took long enough for God to bring some one along to show me that. oh well...it's all in His planning.
i was really excited though. YESS!!!! (Superstarr!!!) "got that from some people..."
hahah. anyways.
i need sleep now.
i wonder how many mispellations is in this post. ???
goodnight. (i'm talking to myself again...)

yay!
tomorrow i get to go "White water rafting" with the jr.highers. it's more like hopping in and out of an intertube for a few hours...honestly i've never done it before...so it'll be knew...new...
anyways. it was also my first time at safari sams...and to tell you the truth, i'm a fat slob, who doesn't excercise or eat right...and it was proven in that jungle jim, that i'm fat and disgustingly full of ... stuff that shouldn't be in my body...you think i'm over exaggerating?! i got tired after the first 1/2 hour! the kids were just getting started. and two days later, i'm still sore!!!
well...anyways. i was dog tired after wards. i think masami was worrried about me. i probably looked half as dead as i felt!
hahahah...wow! i saw some old pictures of me when i was 13. freaky stuff! that was the era where, i refused to take showers or do anything productive with my body, like brush my teeth or hair...or shave...(?) or whatever else i refused to do! man, i was a disgusting kid. alot worse than now.
why am i reminiscing about this? oh yah. the pictures fresked me out! i'd show you guys one...but you'd probably choke on whatever your eating and throw up! (not kidding, and not a joce!)
well...i'm off to home group. see myself later.

A poem...
Tonight as the trees fall asunder,
As the earth falls beneath,
As the sky bellows in rage,
And as the planets revolve in perfect unison...
She lays tirelessly, asleep upon her bead.
Through dark slitted eyes,
The dream wripples in effect,
Convulsions and flinches
All speak of the rest.
A dark man in a dark suit,
Coughing...sweat...
Tears spring from his cheeks,
Desperate for breath
A lifeless body before him,
Sprawled in a mess.
Decide wich way to go,
Decide wich street to take?
Forever in a million years,
These tears will spring again.
The nightmare continues,
Unto her mind,
Careless her hand slips from her arm,
A white, fearless print upon her skin.
A wolf with dark fur leaps at her face,
as she falls to the ground...
Deep in fear,
Trembling. It's breath on her face.
Claws in her shoulder.
Dround in her blood.
Fear is an "essence"
A cry for "help"
To take away fear,
would take away Hell...
This is what i get for watching to many scary and gory movies...and living in a boring house...
