ok, this is going to drive me mad...

i just now have begun to study who the Jahovah's Witnesses are and what they beleieve...and in the process of doing this, there are a ton of things in the Bible that need some clarification from the more..."Spiritually understanding" or at leaste the people who have done more indepth study...

ok...in
Isa 6:10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Why does God say this to Isaiah and then Jesus repeats it later...does that question make sense?
wait! is that a prophecy!? (sorrry i paused for a few minutes and was reading ahead... :)
ok...now i feel like i've opened up a ginormous window...and now i have to choose what i want to see...if that makes any sense...so...i think all this time i thought isaiah was just some guy with weird ramblings....well, i knew he did some prophesying...nevermind about that...

ok, i've just depleted in questions. i found a site that has answered most of them and the others...i can't think of them. here's the site, just in case anyone else want to understand the Bible...just a tiny bit clearer. ;)

http://www.christiananswers.net/q-eden/edn-r005.html

anyways...i bet someone out there has some pretty good answers to the few questions i have...GO FOR IT!
alright...this is for all my blonde friends...right now i can only think of about 5...

Same Lunch

An Irishman, a Mexican and a blonde guy were doing construction work on scaffolding on the 20th floor of a building. They were eating lunch and the Irishman said, "Corned beef and cabbage! If I get corned beef and cabbage one more time for lunch I'm going to jump off this building." The Mexican opened his lunch box and exclaimed, "Burritos again! If I get burritos one more time I'm going to jump off, too." The blonde opened his lunch and said, "Bologna again. If I get a bologna sandwich one more time, I'm jumping too." The next day the Irishman opened his lunch box, saw corned beef and cabbage and jumped to his death. The Mexican opened his lunch, saw a burrito and jumped too. The blonde guy opened his lunch, saw the bologna and jumped to his death as well. At the funeral the Irishman's wife was weeping. She said, "If I'd known how really tired he was of corned beef and cabbage, I never would have given it to him again!" The Mexican's wife also wept and said, "I could have given him tacos or enchiladas! I didn't realize he hated burritos so much." Everyone turned and stared at the blonde's wife. "Hey, don't look at me," she said, "He makes his own lunch!"

the funny thing is....it's NOT a woman!!! HAHAHAH!!!! ok. :)

tonight i ate like there was no tomorrow! cramming food into every crevase of my mouth. picking out the chewy fatty pices and savoring, the crisp, oily flavor of home-cooked TACO'S!!!

anyways. i decided to hop online and create a post describing tonight. it was amazing. NOT...the jr.high choir or the two bands (they were ok...) but the performance aftarwards, is what blew me away! but before i describe it, let me begin at the beginning. today i spent al day shopping with my mombecause it's her 17th anniversary in a few days and her and my dad and my cousin are heading towards the beach area! (which means i have my house all to my self!!!! PARTEEEE!!!!!)
so...when i got home at like 6:30, Lanelle calls and says "HEY! i'm picking you up in 1\2 an hour! it's Kats last Jr.High Choir Concert!...(not in those exact words.). so i throw on a skirt and a shirt and these nice black shoes. threw my hair in pony-tail (i hate that word...but nithing else comes to mind...) and attempted to put in these plasticy\metal earings. painfully, because of scar tissue in my right earlobe...and i was set...in like 5 minutes. sooo...eventually lanelle came and we were sitting by Astelle and her husband (mike?). and in between me and this random lady was an empty seat... well, with her purse on it. so we watch the choir perform. they were good i suppose. then when they were done Kat came to sit by us so i had to move into the purses spot. and then the band came up. the lower class band. and i couldn't help but notice that the lady sitting next to me was laughing HYSTERICALLY through the whole performance! it was so funny to watch i began to snicker myself. and the lady was such a size, that her whole body vibrated the chairs next to hers...MINE! and her whole body shook! HOLY COW!!!!
anyways.so that was a sligh distraction. after they performed, the older kids got up and played. they were a little bit better, and i noticed the woman didn't jiggle as much.and then, Mr.Christensen (?) made an announcement, that another group of very talented musicians would be playing afterwards, and that he hoped everyone would stay and listen. me and lanelle decided to. and the last song that the band played, all these old people joined them! it was awesome. they ranged from like 40 to "100" years old. and they had almost all, been playing since Jr.High!
So after that last song, the jr.highers flooded off the stage and even more old people piled on! they were tremendous. Old people are so fascinating. i find myself always wondering what they've been through, what they've seen and what they were like when they were my age! there was this one black old guy with this thick white beard. he played these huge drums and had that one thing that sounds like a horse AND h e also got to blow a whistle! he was AWESOME!!!
there was a lady who played the picalo. lots of french horns. all-in-all! it was amazing! :)

anyways. that was my night.

Boredom is seeping through my body. i've been listening to KPDQ but there's some creepy woman on there talking about recreation! (weird...it's supposed to be a christian station!)...i ended up cleaning my room and also a half-hearted attempt at "hackey-sack". i again hit the ball with my knee twice! in a row! i was estatic...but alas...my winning streak ended. :(

i also was playing my computer. isn't that a dumb term..."Playing my computer"! i can't beleive i said it!

urgh! uhh! guuur!!!

i fed my guinea pig half a carrot. she just chomps thrpugh those pieces of vegetables as if they were paper! i gave her two wooden blocks to chisell her teeth, because guinea-pig teeth grow really fast...and if they aren't trimmed then her teeth could grow in to her skull! so she's been gnawing on those for a few decades. i listened to some 90's christian music! good stuff...i read, or attempted to read, my Bible. serfed through a TON of peoples blogs. EVerY sinGle one was exactly the same since the last time i read them, except for joys. i also attempted to start another really big drawing but that failed disgustingly. i sat there, pulled out a blank sheet of 19 x 25" paper and stared at it. then i realized that my easil needs a back boared. that made me annoyed...well, not annoyed. it just crushed my plans of creating a masterpiece! i was thinking of drawing a bunch of random flowers...in a detailed sort of way. maybe a baskette of flowers. maybe just flowers. or maybe something completely different all together. like a woman sitting on a couch petting a cat...or baalams donkey with an angel behind her! ack! i don't know....

anyways. me and my mom tried to teach crystal how to play "UNO"! IT was a slight failer. she's Getting It...but still quite a bit o' work! i might say...

i got drulled on by my dog. i cleaned out my mouses sleeping cooridoor. they needed it. i held Jael...my big black RAT!!!! (well, my small black mouse...i just wanted to add a spice of excitement.) she's as sweet as ever. my guinea pigs been squeeling and if you pet in just the right spot, at just the right time, in just the right way................sheel PURRR!!!!! it's more of a garbled giggle teeth chatter! but it be neat.

ok. rambling has somewhat lessened the "oh man i can't do anything" syndrome.

i'll try to talk about something more relevant next time...this is carina M t...signing OUT!
This was written by F. B. Meyer! it's really an awesome way of seeing the relationship we should strive to have with Christ!

IT IS a mistake to think of our Lord's sufferings as a fact of history come and gone, an incident of the great past. It is this, but much more. He does not leave us to bear all the burden of life, unaided and alone. He shares everything with us now--our pain, our griefs, our weariness. "In all our affliction He is afflicted, and the Angel of His Presence saves us." As another has put it: "Not standing over against me, holding back a hand that might help, but side by side; nay, even, 'closer than breathing.' Within the inmost hiding-place of my sufferings, He suffers also, bears my griefs and carries my sorrows, as though they were His own. If only we will avail ourselves of His sympathy and help, they who watch us shall see One like unto the Son of Man walking in the fiery furnace, by our side."

what do you think?
